We're getting close to the end of the challenge- how is everyone doing on their milestones?

I did well on mine- I completed all of them (or will when I exercise tomorrow). However, I know I could have done better on my exercise milestone. I did do the amount of exercise I said I would every day- 60 minutes of cardio on weekdays, 90 on weekends, and strength training 3 days a week- but it was pretty light intensity. I am definitely going to make up for that by doing it AGAIN over the next two weeks- but now at a higher intensity.
I explored whether my taste for different vegetables has changed, planned meals, and ate the correct number of servings of fruit and vegetables! I am satisfied and proud of how I accomplished those 3 milestones, and how they made me more conscious of how much fresh food I eat every day. It is definitely more now than before the challenge! I rewarded myself with a heart rate monitor, new pair of jeans, a crock pot, and a higher resistance band.

I hope everyone else enjoyed setting and completing milestones!

RE: Milestones!
Way to go!! I am sooo proud of you! I agree that setting the goals/milestones and then working away at them has really helped me. I was weighed this morning and I have met my wieight loss milestone and my workout milestone. The only one left is keeping my calories to 1500 a day for the rest of today and tomorrow. I thnk I am pretty safe in feeling like I will make that too!! I enjoyed my reward last weekend for jogging and I will enjoy the rest of my rewards as I fit them into my schedule! This has been good for my head and my body! Patty

RE: Milestones!
I've done pretty well, but not in the exercise area. I met my weight goals and I fit into the clothes that I wanted to fit in :P but I couldn't get myself up to all the exercises that I had planned to do. Mostly because of the budy schedule, but that is not really an excuse. It was more my laziness not to get up earlier for fit in the exercise during the day ;). So I still have to work on that one after the challenge ;)

RE: Milestones!
I will say, my milestones were very challenging. After realizing I was a little toooo ambitious and maybe unrealistic, I did modify a couple of them. However! I have hit TWO of them! There is a chance I will hit a third by tomorrow and THAT will be exciting...

RE: Milestones!
Well even with my injury, i managed to over come the odds and reach my last one . funniest part is all the rewards were not bought by me, my sister gave them all to me today and alot more than i would have gotten myself. I ended up with like 10 new pair of pants and alot of tops and a coat and workout cloths and shoes too woo hoo what a day it was. made it all worth the hard effort.

RE: Milestones!
I didnt complete my weight lifting milestone, because I had some health issues, and I only lost 5 lbs instead of the 10 I was hoping for, still I am at 154 this morning and very happy that I am back on track, now just trying to find time to exercise a little every day.
